Dimensions: 45 × 10 × 5 cm, 1 kg. S235 steel, raw finish, 3 mm thickness.
Two steel options:
- Raw S235: raw workshop finish, appearance evolves freely over time.
- S235 Corten: self-patinating steel, develops a stable and protective patina, uniform warm tint.

Usage & maintenance conditions (workshop tips, no guarantee)
Accelerate patina: the "Flash Rust" mixture. On new steel, the reaction is very satisfying to watch.
- Mixture: 200 ml of hydrogen peroxide + 2 tablespoons of white vinegar + 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Application: use a plant mister, spray randomly for a natural look.
- Timing: preferably on a cloudy day or late in the day. If the sun is too strong, the mixture evaporates before reacting with the iron.
The metalworker's maintenance. A raw steel piece is indestructible, but it evolves:
- The base: the first rains will cause "rust juice" to run off. Be careful with your patio slabs: place the piece on bricks or a sacrificial support initially.
- The finish: for a dark "leather" look and to avoid marks on clothing, wipe the outside with a cloth soaked in linseed oil when the metal is still a little warm (not hot!).
